Red5 is a conservative creative studio. This page explains how we handle the information we collect on r3d5.com and the terms under which we publish work, accept engagements, and provide services.
The Red5 site is small, mostly informational, and not designed to harvest visitor data. Here is what we collect and what we do with it.
When you visit r3d5.com we collect standard server-level data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write.
We use server-level data to operate the site, diagnose problems, and understand which work and which pages get traffic. We use the information you email us to reply to your message and, if it leads to an engagement, to scope and deliver the work you hire us for.
We may use first-party cookies to maintain basic site preferences and a privacy-preserving analytics tool to count page views in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell visitor data.
The site is hosted on Webflow. Webflow processes the data above under its own privacy terms. Outgoing email runs through standard email providers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.
You can browse the site without giving us any personal information. If you have emailed us and want your message and our copy of any attachments deleted, write to tanner@r3d5.com and we will remove it.
Questions about this policy can go to tanner@r3d5.com. Postal address available on request.
By using r3d5.com and engaging Red5 for creative work you agree to the following.
The site and its contents are provided for informational and portfolio purposes. You may view and share the public pages, but you may not scrape, mirror, republish, or use the content to train machine-learning models without written permission from Red5.
All work shown on r3d5.com — including campaign materials, identity systems, photographs, illustrations, and writing — is the intellectual property of Red5, its clients, or licensors. Display on this site does not grant any rights of use.
Engagements between Red5 and clients are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing, fees, ownership, and confidentiality. Nothing on this page replaces that agreement. Where this page and a signed engagement conflict, the engagement governs.
Red5 designs political and advocacy mail. We are not lawyers and do not provide legal or compliance advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring their communications comply with applicable election, campaign finance, and disclosure law.
The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where Red5 is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
We may update this page from time to time. The last revised date appears at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
